What do I need to Buy this Property?
Initially deposit $3,000 into our solicitor's trust account (fully refundable if you do not proceed) which will secure the unit of your choice for 10 days from the date a sale contract is issued to your solicitor or conveyancer. On exchange of contracts, we require a 10% deposit with the balance owing to be paid 28 days later.
Is the Property ready to be occupied?
Cubbyhole on Kelton in Cardiff is selling off the plan. Construction is anticipated to commence in the fourth quarter of 2023.We have limited numbers of units for sale or lease in Newcastle.We have limited numbers of units for Sale or Lease in Warnervale.
What is the pre-approved plan for the mezzanine?
As part of your purchase, we provide you with development consent (permission) from Council to add a second level (mezzanine) to your unit. We do not build them because we are not sure of the owners intended use. Once you have purchased your unit you can engage our licensed team of builders who will design and construct the mezzanine to your exact requirements and provide you with an occupation certificate (legitimizing the addition to your property) on completion.
When will the project be ready?
Completion date for Cubbyhole on Kelton (Cardiff) is anticipated during the second half of 2024.The Newcastle and Warnervale projects are built.
